The concept
240 KM. TWO DAYS. ONE TEAM.
You and your team take on a continuous relay challenge through the heart of East Africa.
-
120 km per day
-
Non-stop relay format
-
Teams rotate runners strategically
-
Every decision matters
You decide: Who runs. When they run. How hard they push. When they recover.
This is a race against time, terrain, and your own limits. but you face it together.
4 RUNNERS + 1 LOCAL HERO
Each team consists of:
-
4 international runners
-
1 local Kenyan or Ugandan runner
-
1 dedicated team vehicle (your own branded matatu)
-
1 local driver guiding every stage
The local hero is more than a teammate. They know the roads. The altitude. The rhythm of the land. They connect your effort to the community you run through.
the route
From Kapchorwa (Uganda) across the border into Kenya. Finishing in Iten, the second Home of Champions.
The route is:
-
Fully vetted and pre-run by our team
-
Shared in advance as GPX files
-
Guided by your team driver
-
Designed for safety and pure experience
Endless red earth roads. Rolling landscapes. Wide open skies.
Every kilometer tells a story. Every horizon becomes a memory.
THE EXPERIENCE
DAY 1 – 120 KM RELAY
Ugandan roads. Border crossing. Endless vistas. Your strategy begins to unfold.
DAY 2 – 120 KM RELAY
Kenyan highlands. Fatigue meets resilience. The finish line in Iten.
Then celebration. Reflection. Connection.
This is not just physical. It’s emotional. Cultural. Shared.

Every team selects a local charity in Kenya or Uganda to support. We guide you if needed.
-
Every kilometer contributes to real impact
